Rachel Knight

Rachel Knight joined the Center for Child and Family Policy in January 2025 as the senior events manager. Knight brings over five years of experience in event planning and a strong passion for creating impactful and memorable experiences. Her career includes coordinating high-profile events such as conferences, conventions, weddings and, most recently, Duke Alumni Engagement and Development initiatives.

Knight is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where she held various leadership roles before relocating to North Carolina. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, gaming, cooking, brunching, and immersing herself in the arts through plays, live music, and galleries.
