As we mark three years since the launch of the Equity in Research Learning Collaborative, this session will focus on reflection, celebration, and visions for the future. Together, we will revisit our initial goals, acknowledge the progress we’ve made, and identify areas for continued growth. This internal gathering will provide space for honest dialogue about what’s working, what needs to evolve, and where we hope to go next.
