Evaluation of the East Durham Learning Collaborative

The East Durham Learning Collaborative brings the research-based Hill Reading Achievement Program (HillRAP) to five public schools in East Durham that serve high-need populations of students. This partnership aims to close early literacy gaps through the HillRAP intervention, targeted teacher training and coaching, and collaboration. Implementing a quasi-experimental design, CCFP will utilize data from the North Carolina Education Data Research Center to evaluate the impact of the program and to improve program delivery.
