Sarah W. Dickerson

Postdoctoral Research Associate

Sarah Dickerson joined the Center for Child and Family Policy as a postdoctoral research associate in September 2019. Her research focuses on the impacts of maternal well-being on children’s health. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, where she worked as a pre-doctoral fellow at the Brookings Institution and consulted for the World Bank and the Carter Center. She currently works on the Evaluating and Mitigating the Impact of Evictions and Other Housing Insecurity Issues Over Health and Child Development in North Carolina project, examining the effects of evictions on children in Durham county and North Carolina more broadly.
