Jessica McCoppin is the research innovation program manager for Family Connects International. In this role, she supports the development of innovative approaches to the Family Connects model. She also leads development of content and support for community alignment. McCoppin joined the Center for Child and Family policy in September 2018 to provide technical assistance to sites implementing the Family Connects model in their communities.
McCoppin’s previous work in public health was focused on nutrition and supporting individuals and families with limited resources. In this role, she began to recognize a need for transformation of the system of care for all families. After learning about the Family Connects model and the holistic approach to supporting communities, McCoppin chose to join the national service office. She also brings experience from the for-profit financial services world.
