MEASURE: Life Events Scale for Teens
Description:
The Life Events Scale is a series of major life events adapted from Dodge, Pettit, & Bates (1994). Youth are asked about a series of 19 major life events (such as a move, birth of a child, divorce, death of a close family member, etc.) and are asked if that event has occurred in the last year, indicating either yes or no.
Additional questions were added beginning in Wave 13
