Jennie Copeland is a research specialist at the Center for Child and Family Policy. She joined the Center in April 2013 as a part-time senior research aide with the Parenting, Adolescent Self-Regulation, and Risk-Taking Across Cultures project. She is bilingual and has worked directly with the Hispanic/Latino community in Raleigh and during a study abroad program on the U.S./Mexico border.
Copeland has a long-term interest in helping families and communities build their economic capacity. Her past work experiences include: grant writing, community organizing, and legislative advocacy.
